He struggled with an uneven smile line where his teeth appeared too short, alongside several missing back teeth in the lower arch. These issues didn't just affect his appearance—the lack of posterior support made chewing difficult, and the overall disharmony of his teeth kept him from smiling naturally.

Our Approach

To create a life-changing result, we combined both aesthetic and functional dental surgery. We performed crown lengthening to gently reshape the gum line and reveal more of his natural tooth structure, instantly correcting the gummy smile. To restore his bite, we placed dental implants in the lower posterior areas. Finally, we protected and beautified every tooth using unitary ceramic crowns, which allowed us to customize the shape and shade of each individual tooth for a perfect, handcrafted look.
